Our client operates an established and highly respected dental healthcare business with UK wide growth opportunities.

They are looking to appoint an experienced business development manager/sales manager to join their senior management team, evaluating opportunities for expansion and acquisition.

Working alongside CEO and Operations Director the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of business opportunities, working with third parties to develop partnerships and review commercially attractive business deals for the group.

You will work closely with the management team to agree commercial arrangements with partners, managing contracts and developing a compelling commercial message for the business to take to external markets.

You will be joining an experienced and respected clinical and operations management team as the business enjoys a period of exciting growth, creating an opportunity to be involved in all elements of the sales and contracts process.

An understanding of the dental healthcare sector is particularly advantageous, along with an ability to work with clients and partners at all levels – up to and including board level.

Due to the fast paced nature of the business, a high degree of IT literacy is required across the full MS Office Suite, as well as the ability to quickly pick up bespoke CRM/Database management systems, understand cloud based data/document sharing and interpret financial data and deal structuring.

This is a dynamic and fluid job specification in a small but fast growing business and is ideally suited to a self starter who is used to picking up tasks and running with them without management intervention.
