Our client is an award winning dental services business, recognised as being the fastest growing business in their sector. 



Due to ongoing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join their team in a business development and account management capacity as a Practice Support Consultant. 



Substantial training is provided in this field based role, working alongside an experienced business development and account management team, delivering a high quality service to dental clients throughout the South West. 



Ideal candidates will be based in the Gloucester catchment and have a sound knowledge of the dental market. We are looking to recruit an experienced dental professional, keen to progress in to a commercial role, delivering high quality support services to their dental customer base. 



Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a private, specialist or plan practice, potentially having worked as a Treatment Coordinator or having had some sales/commercial experience.

knowledge to good use. 



Working alongside an experienced commercial director, client services, business development and marketing teams, you will work with a portfolio of existing and new clients to develop their plan strategies and improve their practice income potential. 



The company invests heavily in ongoing marketing initiatives, generating a consistent pipeline of new sales enquiries and leads and the Dental Support Consultant will work alongside the Business Development team following up on their regional leads, developing relationships with prospective clients as well as supporting them once they are engaged. This creates a great opportunity for long term client engagement and building high quality professional relationships with practices. 



Prior experience of working within dentistry is essential to the role, combined with previous experience or a passion for developing a career in sales and business development. 



Applicants should be recognised for their drive and ambition and be able to work in a team setting as well as with a degree of autonomy.
