An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced practice manager in Bristol City Centre. 

The ideal candidate will have several years of demonstrable practice management experience and be used to working with a high degree of autonomy across all facets of the business. 

The role is ideally suited to an experienced manager, looking for a fresh challenge, working in a brand new clinic offering fully private aesthetic dentistry to the highest standards.  

Our client is an established, fully-private aesthetic dentistry group operating from state of the art, newly built high street store locations across the UK. They focus on transforming patients smiles with Invisalign and the latest advanced cosmetic treatments. They are a Diamond II Invisalign provider, and the practices are fully equipped with latest intra-oral scanner and digital x-ray technology.

The Bristol practice is located in the heart of the city and operates a brand new store concept focused on providing the ultimate patient experience in a modern, luxury boutique surrounding. They pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer experience while providing a highly convenient and accessible service.

We are looking for an ambitious practice manager who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service, team culture and drive for results. This business has great plans to grow, so recruiting professionals who are keen to progress their career is key to the future success of the business as they continue to expand rapidly. 

The practice manager will directly manage your team of professional clinicians, nurses, receptionists and support staff. You will also be responsible for marketing, audit and financial processes, which must be completed to CQC standards. 

While supports from an experienced off-site management team, the incoming practice manager must have full working knowledge of CQC, GDC, Clinical governance, compliance guidelines and will be required to register as CQC Registered Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

HR and team management, ensure staff comply with policies and procedures. Be responsible that all procedures and processes are In place and are adhered to. All aspects of CQC and store safety including regular audits and risk assessment and to maintain GDC principles. Ensure the store appearance is kept to a high standard recruit develop and motivate the team using effective management skills. As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving performance by delivering objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost managemen

The successful candidate will:

· Have at least 3 years practice manager experience
· CQC registered manager (preferred but not essential)
· Be a strong leader with the ability to lead and inspire others
· Have an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding dental retail environment
· Have an enthusiastic flexible attitude
· Be passionate about patient care and customer experience
· Have experience in driving marketing activities to drive growth
· Be able to optimise revenues and profits and work within budgets
· Create an exciting and energetic atmosphere for patients and staff
