Due to ongoing expansion, our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join their expanding team, working from their specialist referral practice, close to Wimborne, Dorset.
This is a terrific opportunity for a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to join a dynamic and experienced team of clinicians and practice support staff to help them drive the business forward.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of demonstrable management experience in the dental sector and be used to monitoring and delivering practice performance to KPI targets.
Applicants should have strong leadership skills and have experience of delivering a focussed customer journey and customer service excellence within the practice setting.
The Practice Manager will be the registered manager for CQC, so a good understanding of compliance management is essential along with a high degree of computer literacy. The practice utilises SOE Exact software and the Practice Manager would be required to be a proficient SOE user.
The practice manager will be responsible for day to day HR processes, managing staffing levels, absence and delivering appraisals and appropriate staff development pathways.
We are looking to recruit managers who are keen to continue to progress their own careers, have confidence in delivering strong leadership of both clinical and support staff and who are commercially astute and aware of maintaining and improving practice productivity levels.
