07 Sep Compliance and Admin Manager – Berkshire
Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a dedicated compliance and admin manager for our Berkshire based client.
They are now looking for an experienced dental professional with several years experience within the dental sector, to manager all practice compliance activities and practice administration.
The role requires an experienced dental professional with an attention to detail to take ownership of all elements of compliance and audit as well as day to day admin management, including stock and supply chain management, staff rostering, development and performance monitoring.
Your understanding of compliance will help the practice continue to develop robust procedures and processes and ensure an efficient and high quality service in a clinical setting.
We welcome applications from experienced dental and healthcare professionals with either existing management experience, or looking to take the next step in their career away from day to day clinical duties. You should have experience managing teams of clinical and administrative staff and experience in training or staff development would also be beneficial. The post will develop in to a dual site role with the addition of the second practice with both sites within approximately 10 miles of each other.
Woking closely with the business development manager and patient care coordinator – you will be responsible for the skills matrix of the practice, reviewing staff development and training opportunities for clinical support and administrative staff, to best support the future plans of the business.
