10 Nov Account Manager – Dental Healthcare Sector
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced professional to their growing Account Management team, based from their offices in Runcorn.
Our client works exclusively within the Dental Healthcare sector, hence previous experience within clinical dentistry or account management/sales experience within the sector would be a distinct advantage.
The Role
To grow and maintain existing client base in a dedicated geographical area to achieve net growth.
Increase the income and revenue from portfolio of existing business, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver training and education on the services available.
To generate recruitment from existing portfolio and identify potential new clients through a relationship based approach generating referrals for and working closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
Demonstrate use of a variety of activities and appointments to manage territory efficiently and profitably
Responsibilities
To establish and maintain productive relationships with clients in a dedicated geographic area to grow client accounts in the private patient plan field.
To support practice staff with the tools and strategy promoting growth, attracting new patients, dealing with patient cancellations, objection handling and use of all available tools , products, social media, marketing campaigns to retain and grow existing client portfolio
Successfully support Regional BDM as required to manage competitor account transfers , NHS partial /full conversions , Private Conversion and Background growth campaigns.
Record all contact and progressions with clients via Salesforce CRM
Understand and communicate the businesses USP to position our proposition favourably against the competition
Attend, represent and participate in trade shows as required when safe to do so
Ensure professional Account Manager standards are consistently adhered to
Person Profile
Applicants should be commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills.
Self motivated and comfortable working in a commercial role to achievable targets, you will be recognised for building long term and successful client/customer relationships – adding value to their business.
Sound knowledge of the dental marketplace would be highly advantageous, but quick learners will be able to adapt their commercial skills with training and support from highly experienced team members.
You will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong IT literacy with experience of the full MS Office suite and social media tools and channels.
